This policy explains who processes your personal data when you use this website, for what purpose and on what legal basis, how long we keep it and how you can exercise your rights. It is provided in compliance with Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Act 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

What data we process and where it comes from
We only process data you provide voluntarily, plus technical browsing data generated if you accept analytics cookies. We do not obtain data from third parties and we do not build commercial profiles.
- Contact form: name, phone number, email address and the content of your message or description of the work you need.
- Direct contact: the data you give us when you call, message us on WhatsApp or send us an email.
- Technical browsing data: pages visited, time on site, device type and approximate location data — only if you accept analytics cookies.
Purposes and legal basis
We do not use your data to send unsolicited marketing communications and we do not share it with third parties for advertising purposes.

Retention periods
- Enquiries that do not lead to a contract: up to 12 months from the last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Client data: for the duration of the contractual relationship and thereafter for the applicable statutory limitation periods (6 years for accounting and commercial matters, 4 years for tax matters under Spanish law).
- Technical installation documentation: for the period required by applicable sector regulations.
- Analytics data: according to the retention period configured in the analytics tool, always in aggregated form.
Recipients and processors
We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. To deliver the service we use suppliers acting as processors, with whom we maintain the contracts required by Article 28 GDPR:
- Web hosting provider, to keep the site running.
- Email (SMTP) provider, to deliver our reply to your enquiry.
- Cloudflare, through the Turnstile service, to verify that forms are not submitted automatically.
- Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics), only if you accept analytics cookies.
- Public authorities and supervisory bodies, where installation or tax regulations require it.
International transfers
Some of the suppliers listed above may process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases the transfer relies on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or on an adequacy decision, including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. You may request information about the safeguards applied by writing to our contact address.
Your rights
You may exercise the following rights at any time, free of charge:
- Access: find out what data of yours we process.
- Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure: ask us to delete your data when it is no longer necessary.
- Objection: object to processing based on our legitimate interest.
- Restriction: ask us to suspend processing while a complaint is verified.
- Portability: receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
How to exercise your rights

If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid — www.aepd.es).
Data security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted transmission over HTTPS, system access control and minimisation of the data collected. That said, no system can guarantee absolute security.
Minors
This website is not aimed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we find we have received data from a minor without the authorisation of their guardian, we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect regulatory changes or new processing activities. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its update date shown.
